Salary: $133,000 – $235,000 annually (depending on pay zone) + RSUs

What you will do
- Apply expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and statistical modeling to deliver impactful data insights.
- Drive timely decision-making to optimize how products are created, executed, and adopted.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, product marketers, and designers.
- Utilize AI tools and high-velocity analytical workflows to develop scalable data solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, engineering or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of post-Bachelor’s experience in quantitative analysis and data science (or Master's + 2 years / Ph.D.).
- Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with applied statistical techniques, including inferential methods, causal methods, and A/B testing.
- Must be based in the US and able to work from the office 4+ days per week.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in applied mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, or economics.
- Experience in product-focused roles at social media, online advertising, or mobile technology companies.
- Experience using machine learning for building data-driven product solutions or methodological research.
