What you will do

• Apply statistical modeling and data mining to drive product decisions and strategy.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to optimize product execution.
• Conduct machine learning analyses to build scalable, rigorous data solutions.
• Identify and size up new opportunities within the long-term product roadmap.
• Communicate complex quantitative findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate analytical workflows and maintain high data quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Statistics, Math, CS, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of post-Bachelor’s quantitative analysis and data science experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and programming languages like Python or R.
• Experience with applied statistical techniques, including A/B testing and causal methods.
• Ability to work onsite 4+ days per week in a designated US office location.
• Strong product sense and ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
