What you will do

• Lead end-to-end modeling projects to improve customer engagement and retention, from ideation to production.
• Build, test, and optimize ML models to forecast user behavior and personalize Casino product promotions.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and marketers to embed scalable insights into customer-facing systems.
• Mentor junior data scientists and establish modeling and engineering best practices across the organization.
• Communicate findings and model impact to stakeholders to drive product and marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience applying ML and statistical modeling to solve business problems, specifically in marketing or customer lifecycle contexts.
• Strong proficiency in Python (or R) and experience with SQL.
• Experience working with large datasets using distributed computing platforms.
• Ability to independently structure data science projects and deliver production-ready models.
• Must be able to obtain a gaming license issued by state agencies as a condition of employment.
