What you will do
- Manage the first 30 days of the new hire lifecycle, including pre-employment communication and scheduling.
- Ensure timely completion of onboarding tasks and background checks using platforms like Smartsheet.
- Maintain accurate and secure records of all pre-employment documentation.
- Conduct 15 and 30-day check-ins to facilitate new hire integration and address concerns.
- Respond to internal ticketing system requests promptly.
- Collaborate with team members and managers to improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Requirements
- High School Diploma required.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from West New York, NJ.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is preferred.
