HR Coordinator

What you will do

• Coordinate new hire onboarding, including offer letters, I-9s, and background checks.
• Manage airport badging, CBP credentialing, and credential renewals for airport access.
• Oversee weekly shift schedules and attendance tracking for GSE operators.
• Maintain employee records, current documentation, and support off-boarding processes.
• Manage office assets, PPE, laptops, and vendor coordination.
• Provide administrative support and prepare reports and summaries for leadership.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in HR support, office coordination, or administration.
• Must be based in and work onsite in Atlanta, GA.
• Ability to pass federal background checks and maintain airport badging.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Professional communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.
