Salary: Up to $55,000 per annum

What you will do

• Support the global Human Resources function across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
• Manage new hire onboarding by collecting, reviewing, and filing employment contracts to ensure full legal compliance.
• Administer employee health and benefits plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
• Maintain accurate physical and digital employee records and conduct routine audits.
• Create and issue employment documents, including offer letters and employment verifications.
• Update internal HRIS systems (Microsoft F&O) and prepare reports or presentations for senior management.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent credit hours in any field.
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and within a global team.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Up to 1 year of experience in an HR capacity, ideally across multiple state locations.
• Understanding of federal and state employment legislation.
• Experience with HR software and systems, specifically Microsoft F&O.
• Experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
