Junior People Operations Analyst (HR Operations): Providing administrative and operational support to the global HR function with an accent on employee lifecycle management, HR data integrity, and compliance. Focus on maintaining accurate employee records, administering benefits, and optimizing HR processes within the Microsoft F&O system.
Location: Dallas, USA
Salary: Up to $55,000 per annum
What you will do
- Support the global Human Resources function across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
- Manage new hire onboarding by collecting, reviewing, and filing employment contracts to ensure full legal compliance.
- Administer employee health and benefits plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Maintain accurate physical and digital employee records and conduct routine audits.
- Create and issue employment documents, including offer letters and employment verifications.
- Update internal HRIS systems (Microsoft F&O) and prepare reports or presentations for senior management.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent credit hours in any field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and within a global team.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Up to 1 year of experience in an HR capacity, ideally across multiple state locations.
- Understanding of federal and state employment legislation.
- Experience with HR software and systems, specifically Microsoft F&O.
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
