What you will do
- Organize and maintain employee files to ensure documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Manage HR systems and digital records to keep information current and audit-ready.
- Coordinate the onboarding experience for new hires, including paperwork processing.
- Provide administrative support for recruitment by scheduling interviews and managing job postings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for routine employee inquiries.
- Assist with payroll coordination and timekeeping verification.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Niagara Falls, NY
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with high integrity.
