What you will do
- Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Apollo.
- Execute high-volume outbound activities including 30–40 cold calls and 60–100 total daily touchpoints.
- Manage multi-touch outbound sequences across phone, email, and video messaging.
- Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline visibility in CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and marketing teams to optimize messaging and lead quality.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Lead Generation.
- Proven experience with cold calling, email outreach, and sales engagement platforms.
- Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Must be comfortable working remotely during U.S. business hours.
- Highly organized, resilient, and results-oriented mindset.
Nice to have
- 2–4 years of SDR/BDR experience with a proven track record of meeting quota.
- Experience selling into B2B SaaS, Marketing Services, or Technology companies.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies like SPIN Selling, MEDDIC, or Challenger Sale.
