What you will do

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Book qualified meetings with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Qualify inbound leads and identify new business opportunities.
  • Build relationships with prospective customers and uncover their business needs.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Executives to generate pipeline.
  • Consistently meet and exceed activity and performance goals.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native English proficiency (C2).
  • 2+ years of SDR, BDR, or outbound sales experience.
  • Strong cold calling and objection-handling skills.
  • Experience using HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Salesforce.
  • Must be based in Mexico or LATAM.
  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) is preferred.

Nice to have

  • Ability to travel to the United States for trade shows.
