What you will do

• Lead end-to-end fiber infrastructure projects, including OSP construction, trenching, conduit, and splicing operations.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Review and interpret high-level (HLD) and low-level (LLD) engineering drawings and splice diagrams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and within-scope delivery.
• Implement iterative deployment strategies to minimize service disruptions.
• Conduct field site visits to validate conditions and ensure design alignment.

Requirements

• Must be based in California (CA) to perform required site visits.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience managing complex fiber infrastructure projects.
• Proven expertise in utility-grade OSP/ISP fiber construction and permitting processes.
• Strong proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in the utility or energy sector.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe.
