Senior Project Manager - CRE Technology (Commercial Real Estate)

Location: Remote

Annual full-time base salary: $110,000–$135,000, with potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead commercial real estate and business projects and programs from initiation through successful delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, success criteria, resources, schedules, and dependencies.
• Monitor and report milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, outcomes, and business value.
• Coordinate project teams, multiple related workstreams, kickoffs, workshops, testing activities, and stakeholder reviews.
• Prepare and present executive reporting decks, portfolio dashboards, and program-level status updates.
• Manage change, facilitate alignment across stakeholders, and transition completed initiatives to operational ownership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 6 years of industry or relevant experience, including 2 or more years in a senior-level project, program, or leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects from initiation through completion and coordinating multiple related projects or workstreams.
• Strong project planning, risk, issue, resource, and time management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution, and executive communication skills.
• Experience with project management and reporting tools, strategic planning, organizational change management, and stakeholder engagement.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience in commercial real estate, mortgage, lending, servicing, or financial services.
• Experience managing Information Security, Infrastructure, or Data Reporting & Analytics initiatives.
