What you will do

  • Conduct cold calling, networking, and research to qualify B2B prospects.
  • Generate initial interest in hirify.global services among financial decision-makers within targeted organisations.
  • Present hirify.global as a viable business partner and valuable proposition.
  • Collaborate with the BDM team to ensure a smooth customer journey during transition.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate data entry of activity into the CRM system.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Confident telephone manner and ability to build rapport with key decision-makers.
  • A natural interest in sales within the financial services and fintech space.
  • Driven, tenacious, and self-motivated with an appetite for career advancement.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Dublin, Ireland.
