What you will do

  • Qualify inbound leads and identify new outbound prospects.
  • Execute outbound outreach campaigns using cold calling, emailing, and social outreach.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
  • Deliver weekly reports on lead-generation activities and conversion rates.
  • Attend weekly Sales training/team meetings and share knowledge.

Requirements

  • Languages: Fluent in either French or German; English is also required
  • Proven track record in lead generation or prospecting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Experience qualifying leads and conducting outbound prospecting activities.
