Location: Ireland - Remote (ideally based in Dublin or surrounding counties for field-based work)

What you will do
- Identify and onboard new partnership opportunities through proactive sales to acquire clients and generate profit from currency transfers.
- Conduct outbound sales to new and inactive partners in CRM.
- Deliver online and in-person meetings and presentations to win business and train partners.
- Manage signed partners to ensure quick information flow and high retention.
- Focus on key verticals: property, migration, wealth management.
- Contribute to the London-based Partnerships team while growing your network.
Requirements
- Experience in field-based outbound sales and lead generation within the legal sector
- Existing network within the legal sector, specifically probate specialists ideal
- Experience in negotiation and closing partnership-driven deals
- Resourceful, articulate, action-oriented, hardworking with attention to detail and entrepreneurial sales approach
Nice to have
- Experience selling into Irish/EU legal sector or related areas like international mortgages/wealth management/banking
- Experience selling cross-border payments or FX services
- Face-to-face selling or presenting experience
