TL;DR

Regional Sales Manager (Federal): Driving revenue growth within the US Federal government and Department of War (DoW) sectors by securing new customers and expanding existing installations with an accent on network security analytics. Focus on establishing senior-level relationships, navigating Federal procurement, and delivering high-impact value propositions for next-gen NDR solutions.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US for Federal government eligibility)

Salary: $140,000 - $155,000 (50/50 split)

What you will do

  • Exceed sales targets by acquiring new Federal/DoW customers and expanding revenue within current accounts.
  • Identify prospects through targeted cold calls, lead follow-up, and meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Engage senior executives in DoW agencies to align product offerings with mission-critical business requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales account plans and maintain accurate revenue forecasts for the territory.
  • Collaborate with Federal resellers and field sales engineers to streamline the lead generation and closing process.
  • Provide field intelligence and competitor feedback to inform product development strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of technology sales experience, specifically within the US Federal/DoW market.
  • Minimum 3 years of dedicated security sales experience with a strong understanding of Federal requirements.
  • Existing senior-level relationships within Federal/DoW enterprise accounts in the assigned territory.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise networking technologies (switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for navigating the Federal procurement landscape.
  • Ability to travel as required to support customer engagements and events.
