Location: Remote (Must be based in New England: MA, CT, NH, RI)
Salary: $175,000 - $220,000 base plus bonus or commissions

What you will do
- Lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives to achieve bookings, pipeline generation, and customer acquisition objectives.
- Develop and execute territory strategies aligned with growth priorities and go-to-market initiatives.
- Coach sellers on prospecting, qualification, executive engagement, and deal strategy using MEDDPICC.
- Establish operating rhythms to improve forecast accuracy, pipeline visibility, and sales execution.
- Partner with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Channel teams to accelerate growth.
- Build and maintain executive relationships with key customers and prospects throughout the region.
Requirements
- Must be based in the New England region (MA, CT, NH, RI).
- 8+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
- 3+ years of first-line sales leadership experience managing quota-carrying Account Executives.
- Proven track record in cybersecurity, networking, cloud, or SaaS enterprise technology markets.
- Strong understanding of MEDDPICC and value-based selling methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree required.
