SIPRNET Operations Manager (Cybersecurity): Leading the administration and operational readiness of classified SIPRNET environments across geographically dispersed locations with an accent on compliance, security, and Cyber Operational Readiness Assessments (CORA). Focus on driving standardization, mentoring technical teams, and ensuring mission-critical infrastructure remains secure and audit-ready.

Location: Must be based in the U.S. (Hybrid/Remote flexibility based on business needs).

Salary: $149,902–$162,199/Yr.

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a geographically distributed team of SIPRNET administrators and technical SMEs.
  • Ensure all SIPRNET environments remain compliant with Department of War and cybersecurity requirements.
  • Maintain continuous CORA readiness through rigorous documentation and configuration management.
  • Standardize administration practices for patching, vulnerability remediation, and infrastructure tools.
  • Partner with Cybersecurity, Engineering, and Program Management to ensure operational excellence.
  • Identify operational risks and escalate issues to leadership with clear mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship required due to the nature of classified work.
  • Active Department of War Secret security clearance required on Day One.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of experience supporting classified Department of War information systems.
  • 3+ years of experience leading technical infrastructure or systems administration teams.
  • Strong understanding of RMF, STIG compliance, and vulnerability management.

Nice to have

  • CISSP, CASP+, or Security+ certifications.
  • ITIL Foundation, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma certifications.
  • Experience with automation and infrastructure management tools.
