What you will do

• Travel to acquired offices to perform system conversions and infrastructure transitions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless integration into corporate systems.
• Support the helpdesk with escalated technical issues.
• Identify and elevate risks during the diligence and integration process.
• Assist with data migration projects and infrastructure documentation.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and day-to-day direction for junior team members.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3+ years of IT experience in infrastructure and desktop engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products including Windows Server, Active Directory, 365, and Azure.
• Strong knowledge of email systems, file storage (SharePoint, Box, Dropbox), and networking (IPv4, VLANs, TCP/IP).
• Experience with PowerShell scripting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
