What you will do

• Administer and support Windows and Linux server infrastructure, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Manage Azure cloud infrastructure, specifically virtual machines, networking, storage, and security controls.
• Maintain LAN, WAN, wireless, VPN, firewall, switching, and routing infrastructure.
• Support Hyper-V virtualized environments and core virtual infrastructure services.
• Execute backup, restore, and disaster recovery processes to ensure business continuity for critical systems.
• Provide high-level technical escalation support and perform routine patching and upgrades across core platforms.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3+ years of experience in systems, network, or infrastructure administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Azure administration.
• Experience with Windows and Linux server environments and Hyper-V virtualization.
• Knowledge of VPN, firewalls, switches, and core network services.
• Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell and Linux shell.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Systems Administration, or Computer Science.
• Relevant technical certifications.
• Experience with SAN/NAS and performance tuning.
