What you will do

• Serve as a scrum master in an agile environment following the software development product lifecycle.
• Develop and manage systems engineering documentation including System Engineering Plans, Requirements specifications, and Interface Control Documents.
• Coordinate resolution of action items from CCB meetings, design reviews, and test reviews.
• Participate in Integrated Product Teams to design new capabilities based on operational considerations.
• Support developers in translating technical work into diagrams and documentation.
• Allocate system and functional requirements to hardware, software, and personnel components.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.
• Active and transferable U.S. government TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance required prior to start date.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline (or 19 years of total relevant experience).
• 14 years of experience as a Systems Engineer in programs of similar scope and complexity.
• Proficiency in agile processes, Java, Confluence, Jira, and AWS.
• Strong ability to manage requirements and architecture designs with clear communication skills.
