What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts, building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for additional savings and operational efficiencies.
  • Onboard and transition new clients generated by the lead generation team to ensure long-term retention.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendor partners to implement solutions and resolve customer concerns.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the service offerings and partner network.
  • Track account activity and interactions within CRM systems and support contract renewals.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, customer success, business development, healthcare services, or expense management.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow customer relationships through consultative selling.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US; work sponsorship is not available.
