What you will do

  • Drive customer satisfaction and ROI for strategic accounts as the primary point of contact.
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with executive stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Conduct regular touch-bases and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Identify and close upsell and expansion opportunities by aligning customer goals with product features.
  • Collaborate with Product and Support teams to synthesize customer feedback into actionable roadmap enhancements.
  • Manage account health and CRM hygiene using Salesforce, including building custom reporting and workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Senior Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience managing a book of business exceeding $3M ARR.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, including experience with reports and basic process builder/flow automations.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex, matrixed client relationships and drive retention.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for executive-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical users.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Specific expertise with Salesforce as a partner or power user.
