What you will do
- Drive customer satisfaction and ROI for strategic accounts as the primary point of contact.
- Build and maintain deep relationships with executive stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Conduct regular touch-bases and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to ensure strategic alignment.
- Identify and close upsell and expansion opportunities by aligning customer goals with product features.
- Collaborate with Product and Support teams to synthesize customer feedback into actionable roadmap enhancements.
- Manage account health and CRM hygiene using Salesforce, including building custom reporting and workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Senior Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS.
- Experience managing a book of business exceeding $3M ARR.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, including experience with reports and basic process builder/flow automations.
- Proven ability to navigate complex, matrixed client relationships and drive retention.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for executive-level stakeholders.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical users.
