What you will do
- Lead client onboarding meetings and configure SaaS platform accounts.
- Train new clients on platform functionality and best practices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for support requests and relationship management.
- Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate performance and strategic alignment.
- Track license renewals and proactively manage retention efforts.
- Identify expansion opportunities and advocate for client priorities internally.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum two years of experience in client success, account management, or customer support for SaaS applications.
- Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
