Salary: 169000.00-314000.00 (inclusive of sales incentives/commissions)

What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory sales strategy for high-potential industries and strategic target accounts.
- Identify, prioritize, and pursue new customer engagements, including opportunities via prime contractors, strategic partners, system integrators, and industry alliances.
- Build and manage multi-level relationships across engineering, procurement, and decision-makers; create account development plans for long-term expansion.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, and close; support contract and pricing negotiations.
- Monitor market dynamics and competitive activity to guide engagement decisions and maximize ROI; act as the “voice of the customer.”
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and tradeshows.
Requirements
- Local travel capability: must be able to locally travel in the Bay area or SoCal.
- Minimum 5 years of test & measurement sales experience with a proven track record of new business growth and account management (alternate sales experience considered).
- Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate technical information into compelling customer value propositions; strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and Microsoft Office 365.
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%) as required.
