TL;DR

Lifecycle Marketer (AI): Designing and optimizing growth programs to drive customer adoption and retention within an AI-native landscape with an accent on automating and personalizing the customer journey. Focus on building scalable MarTech systems, leveraging AI agents for operational efficiency, and translating product signals into targeted engagement.

Location: Hybrid; must be based in San Francisco or New York City

Salary: $230,000 - $270,000 per year

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end lifecycle journeys to drive adoption, repeat usage, and monetization outcomes.
  • Develop scalable MarTech systems utilizing AI, automation, reverse ETL, and APIs to increase program velocity.
  • Synthesize customer signals from research and support into targeted email and in-product experiences.
  • Design and execute A/B tests with pre-registered hypotheses to measure lift and optimize performance.
  • Partner with Product Growth, Engineering, and Data Science to ensure cohesive user experiences.
  • Lead and define the operational standards and strategies for the lifecycle marketing team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, product management, growth, or product-led engagement (PLG preferred).
  • Proven track record of owning triggered lifecycle programs that drive measurable retention and adoption.
  • Technical fluency in MarTech concepts including reverse ETL, data pipelines, APIs, and webhooks.
  • Proficiency in designing A/B tests and communicating statistical significance to stakeholders.
  • Strong customer empathy and ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs into audience definitions.
  • Must be based in San Francisco or New York City to attend in-person anchor days on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

Nice to have

  • Experience across B2B, B2C, and B2C2B surfaces and journeys.
  • Proficiency with Customer.io, Figma, HTML, and basic SQL.
  • Experience shipping in high-velocity Product Growth environments.
  • Comfort using AI and automation tools to streamline operations and enable personalization at scale.
