Location: Remote-first within the United States, with optional office hubs in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York.

Salary: $109,000 – $135,000 plus annual performance bonus.

What you will do

  • Lead lifecycle strategies for enterprise accounts, serving as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders.
  • Drive acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through roadmap development and performance reviews.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
  • Design scalable customer journeys and omni-channel personalization strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Provide strategic guidance across major CRM and automation platforms like Klaviyo, Braze, and SFMC.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop integrated customer experiences and AI-driven workflows.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or marketing automation.
  • Must be based in the United States as this role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
  • Proven success developing enterprise lifecycle strategies that drive revenue and customer engagement.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing direct reports and cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and omnichannel marketing.
  • Experience with web analytics and connecting lifecycle performance to business outcomes.
