Salary: $109,000 – $135,000 plus annual performance bonus.

What you will do
- Lead lifecycle strategies for enterprise accounts, serving as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders.
- Drive acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through roadmap development and performance reviews.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
- Design scalable customer journeys and omni-channel personalization strategies aligned with business goals.
- Provide strategic guidance across major CRM and automation platforms like Klaviyo, Braze, and SFMC.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop integrated customer experiences and AI-driven workflows.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or marketing automation.
- Must be based in the United States as this role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
- Proven success developing enterprise lifecycle strategies that drive revenue and customer engagement.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing direct reports and cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and omnichannel marketing.
- Experience with web analytics and connecting lifecycle performance to business outcomes.
