What you will do

• Operate lifecycle marketing for the self-serve base across the entire user journey.
• Design intelligent, algorithmic lifecycle programs that dynamically determine messaging, timing, and channels.
• Apply AI and automation to content generation, segmentation, and decisioning logic.
• Build experimentation and data-driven optimization into every program to measure incremental impact.
• Partner with Data, Product, and GTM teams to ensure messaging is native and valuable.
• Act as the lifecycle point of contact for product launches and GTM moments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2C lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing at scale.
• 3+ years of hands-on expertise with platforms like Braze, Iterable, or Customer.io.
• Fluency in Liquid templating, email HTML/CSS, and event-driven campaign architecture.
• Experience applying AI and automation to marketing workflows.
• English proficiency: C1 level required for daily operations.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and designing evolving systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with CDPs and event pipelines like RudderStack.
• SQL proficiency for self-serve data analysis.
