Location: Remote (USA only). Must be authorized to work in the United States. Not hiring in AK, DE, HI, ID, IA, MT, NE, ND, RI, SD, WV.

Salary: $156,060 – $253,368 USD (based on geographic tier).

What you will do

  • Own lifecycle strategy across the entire customer journey, from acquisition and activation to expansion and retention.
  • Lead lifecycle strategy for new product launches and feature releases in partnership with Product and Marketing teams.
  • Develop personalized lifecycle programs using email and other touchpoints to drive product adoption and customer value.
  • Build a culture of experimentation by designing rigorous tests, measuring impact, and scaling successful optimizations.
  • Synthesize customer behavior and product usage data to identify growth opportunities and influence long-term strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytics, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver cohesive, customer-centric experiences.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, specifically within B2B SaaS or product-led growth environments.
  • Expertise with lifecycle marketing platforms, with a strong preference for Braze.
  • Proven ability to design and scale experimentation programs, including hypothesis development and A/B testing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate customer behavior data into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional project management skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States; no immigration sponsorship provided.
