What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software systems and features primarily using Go.
• Collaborate with SRE teams to ensure system reliability, resilience, and optimal performance.
• Participate in architectural design reviews and team knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Utilize observability and analytics tools to diagnose issues and implement effective fixes.
• Ensure high standards for code quality through diligent peer reviews and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Contribute to an inclusive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience with expertise in Go or Python.
• Proficiency in deploying software to cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and SRE practices.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with international teams.
• Must be able to work from the New York office 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Production experience with CDNs for streaming media delivery.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
