What you will do
- Partner with the CEO to define and execute company strategy and translate priorities into actionable plans.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and special projects from planning through completion.
- Prepare executive briefings, board meeting materials, and performance reports.
- Improve internal systems, workflows, and operational procedures to increase scalability.
- Facilitate communication across leadership and departments to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Monitor KPIs and business metrics to provide visibility into organizational performance.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, Strategy, Business Operations, or Management Consulting roles.
- Proven track record of working directly with CEOs, founders, or executive leadership teams.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Notion) and business reporting platforms.
- Must be available to work during U.S. Business Hours.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Nice to have
- MBA or advanced business degree.
- Experience in high-growth startups, technology companies, or top-tier consulting firms.
- Background in supporting board-level reporting and organizational change initiatives.
