What you will do

  • Own and deliver CEO-level special projects end-to-end, including acquisitions, fundraises, and new business lines.
  • Drive partnerships and strategic GTM initiatives coordinating across Sales, Product, and Marketing.
  • Support sales, customer, and investor meetings, and manage PR and employer branding efforts.
  • Lead executive and critical hiring processes, sourcing and closing senior searches.
  • Operate with founder-level ownership, prioritizing impact and momentum through ambiguity.
  • Work directly with the CEO and leadership team to align product, GTM, capital, and hiring strategies.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid work with in-person presence required Tuesdays to Thursdays in London
  • English: Proficient communication skills (B2 or higher)
  • 6–10 years experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or similar roles spanning BizOps, BD, or GM leadership.
  • Strong commercial judgment and ability to execute projects end-to-end without heavy structure.
  • Experience in executive hiring, sales, marketing, and capital decision-making driving growth.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in startups or scale-ups with exposure to AI-driven products.
  • Track record of building playbooks and executing in 0→1 or growth-stage companies.
