Salary: $40,000 - $90,000 USD total annual compensation (base, bonus, and equity).

What you will do

• Own operational excellence across the client delivery organization to ensure high-standard, timely execution.
• Design and implement the company's operating system, including SOPs, dashboards, reporting, and operating cadences.
• Lead Finance operations, managing budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and financial visibility for leadership decisions.
• Oversee Talent & People functions to streamline recruiting, onboarding, and employee support during rapid growth.
• Drive cross-functional execution and company-wide initiatives through weekly business reviews and KPI tracking.
• Act as the CEO's strategic partner to reduce founder dependency and transform reactive execution into predictable excellence.

Requirements

• 7-12+ years of operations leadership experience in a fast-growing company.
• Proven track record of scaling organizations from approximately 100 to 300+ employees.
• Experience leading multiple functions simultaneously, including client operations, finance, and people operations.
• Strong expertise in operational systems, organizational design, and performance management.
• Highly analytical mindset with a bias toward action and ownership.
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments with ambiguity and constant change.
