What you will do

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end purchasing process for assigned production cells.
• Support supplier MRR and ECN processes to ensure production continuity.
• Identify and proactively remove roadblocks to prevent production delays.
• Execute strategic initiatives focused on pricing, cost savings, and waste elimination.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues, confirm orders, and maintain promise dates.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to balance supply and demand.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Fairport, NY
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in production, planning, or purchasing.
• Solid understanding of purchasing processes and strategic supply chain planning.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle transactions and related departmental processes.
• Experience in a lean manufacturing environment.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
