Production Control Clerk

Location: Hollister, CA, United States. U.S. citizenship or qualifying U.S. person status is required, or the candidate must be able to obtain the necessary U.S. government export authorizations.

Salary: $30,300–$56,300 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus.

What you will do

• Maintain records for product shipments and current production activities.
• Review stock records, material requirements, and production schedules to confirm that materials are available.
• Execute authorized orders in the master production schedule and prepare shop packets.
• Verify materials and tooling, identify shortages, and coordinate with the production planner.
• Release, monitor, update, and close work orders, including tracking late starts and completion dates.
• Perform production-area inventory checks and maintain inventory accuracy for work-in-process and completed jobs.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship or qualifying U.S. person status is required, subject to U.S. export-control regulations.
• Experience or ability to work with production records, work orders, material requirements, and inventory data.
• Ability to coordinate with production planners and team leads to resolve shortages and schedule delays.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Ability to perform monthly inventory checks and maintain accurate production-area records.
