What you will do

• Ensure supply continuity for manufacturing by managing supplier pull-ins and push-outs against MRP demand.
• Lead cross-functional resolution of supply issues with engineering, manufacturing, program management, and supplier account teams.
• Execute purchasing activities at the lowest cost while balancing quality, source reliability, and urgency.
• Lead inventory and E&Z reduction initiatives.
• Manage purchasing projects, including cost, schedule, and scope.
• Improve purchasing processes and train colleagues on departmental activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–4 years of professional experience.
• Hands-on SAP experience required.
• Knowledge of industry best practices, business drivers, and market competition.
• Leadership skills for managing small projects and building consensus.
• Must work in Santa Clara, California; relocation is not eligible.
