What you will do

• Develop and maintain 2D and 3D equipment layout and facility integration packages in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Use Navisworks for clash detection, model walkthroughs, and coordination with existing utilities and structural systems.
• Produce installation documentation including elevations, sections, equipment arrangements, and controlled drawing packages.
• Support field surveys, verify site measurements, and ensure installation matches design intent.
• Coordinate with engineering, facilities, and construction teams on throughput requirements, RFIs, and submittals.
• Improve layout standards and provide work estimates for scheduling and task planning.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of progressive CAD/BIM drafting and layout design experience in a high-tech or process-oriented industrial environment.
• Expert proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Extensive experience with Navisworks, clash detection, and model walkthroughs.
• Strong understanding of building systems, facility utility constraints, and workflow optimization in complex manufacturing environments.
• Ability to lead large-scale facility installation design projects with strong attention to spatial accuracy and detail.
