What you will do

• Coordinate master schedules, track milestones, and manage meeting cycles across global time zones.
• Manage payment reconciliation by reviewing vendor invoices against contracts and tracking budget expenditures.
• Maintain project documentation, including permits, drawings, change orders, and technical specifications.
• Act as the primary administrative point of contact for subcontractors and suppliers regarding onboarding and insurance.
• Consolidate stakeholder data to draft concise project status reports for leadership.
• Provide on-site logistical support to ensure safety and quality standards are maintained.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a coordination or administrative role within construction, engineering, or technical industries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and project management tools like Procore, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
• Ability to travel to project sites and navigate construction environments safely.
• Strong organizational skills and professional communication abilities for diverse stakeholder interaction.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of data center infrastructure or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.
• CAPM certification or an interest in pursuing PMP.
• Experience with automated accounting or ERP systems for invoice tracking.
• Previous experience working within a global team or a fast-scaling technology company.
