What you will do

  • Execute the full sourcing and negotiation lifecycle for contracts valued between $25k and $250k, primarily for SaaS and Professional Services.
  • Develop strategic sourcing frameworks to optimize vendor selection and maximize commercial leverage.
  • Serve as the Project Manager for the implementation and rollout of the Intake-to-Pay (P2P) platform.
  • Administer and optimize core fintech and procurement tools, specifically Navan and Brex.
  • Analyze large spend datasets using advanced Excel to identify trends and eliminate maverick spend.
  • Collaborate with Legal, InfoSec, and Finance to automate and ensure compliance of operational intake requirements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement operations, or supply chain management.
  • Proven track record of independently negotiating SaaS, Marketing, and Consulting contracts.
  • Hands-on experience with modern P2P software and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency for structuring complex spend data.
  • Strong project management skills to balance multiple sourcing projects with software rollouts.
  • Must be based in the USA.
