Salary: $81,000–$116,000

What you will do

• Manage procurement operations, including document retention, contract approvals, and vendor onboarding.
• Maintain commercial terms and pricing records within SAP to ensure data accuracy.
• Create and manage pricing submissions and Indirect POs throughout their lifecycle.
• Support supply chain visibility by maintaining supplier inventory and performance records.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate business risks and track key KPIs.
• Participate in renovation and BCP project meetings to ensure alignment on requirements and timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain or procurement.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and demonstrate proactive problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP/APO.
• Proficiency in Power BI.
