Salary: $133,400 - $238,400 USD

What you will do

• Lead and deliver complex sourcing projects and strategic supplier negotiations.
• Manage workload allocation, prioritization, and operational delivery for the sourcing team.
• Coach and develop sourcing professionals to build capability and support career growth.
• Act as an escalation point for sourcing, supplier, and stakeholder challenges.
• Drive process improvement and transformation initiatives to enhance sourcing effectiveness.
• Support the adoption of procurement technology and AI-enabled capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Finance.
• 8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supplier management.
• Proven leadership experience managing sourcing teams or procurement functions.
• Experience working within global and matrixed organizations.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Must be able to work onsite in New York City.

• Technology-based commodity experience, specifically software sourcing.
