What you will do

• Implement Altera software solutions, specifically Sunrise EMR (Core and Ambulatory), at client sites.
• Perform complex system configuration tasks and provide high-level technical guidance to clients.
• Translate existing paper-based ambulatory workflows (registration, scheduling, clinical documentation) into optimized electronic formats.
• Identify and resolve complex system and workflow issues throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Provide comprehensive activation support and manage stakeholder expectations from end-users to executive leadership.
• Collaborate as part of a larger project team including PMs, Solution Architects, and Clinical Consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Must have a valid passport and be willing to travel to Canada as required.
• 2+ years of hands-on healthcare IT implementation and configuration experience.
• Strong functional knowledge of EMR/EHR systems (Sunrise EMR preferred; Epic or Meditech valued).
• Experience working within a formal implementation project team that has successfully rolled out EMR systems.

Nice to have

• Clinical background (SME experience rolling out clinics).
• Technical background in SQL or SSRS reporting.
• Project management experience managing long-term implementation cycles.
