Sr. Solutions Engineer (Graph Database)

Location: Remote, Midwest US

Annual on-target earnings range: $200,000–$265,000 USD. The range is an estimate; actual earnings may vary by compensation practices, skills, experience, certifications, training, and geographic location. US employees may also receive stock options, and eligible roles may receive an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Advise customers and prospects on the business and technical value of hirify.global as a technical advisor and product advocate.
• Drive technology evaluations throughout sales cycles, including opportunity qualification, technical discovery, presentations, demonstrations, proof of value, sizing, and technical documentation.
• Build customer relationships and help stakeholders understand achievable outcomes with hirify.global.
• Co-create reference and solution architectures integrating hirify.global with existing applications and architectures in AWS, Azure, GCP, or on-premise environments.
• Share customer needs and product feedback with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales, while supporting demand-generation events and conferences.
• Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Partners, and Product Management; travel as needed to support deal creation, closure, and the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in a similar Sales Engineering, Presales, Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting capacity, ideally in a high-growth, scaling environment.
• Experience with data technologies in enterprise data architecture, data analytics, data science, or cloud data architecture.
• Familiarity with graph data technology is essential.
• Hands-on proficiency with relational SQL and/or NoSQL databases and at least one of Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, or C#.
• Experience designing, developing, and implementing data solutions in AWS, Azure, GCP, or on-premise environments.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences at all levels through presentations, whiteboarding, and platform demonstrations.
• Technical and business acumen to translate technical concepts and patterns into valuable business outcomes.
• Ability to learn new technologies, develop data-modeling approaches, spearhead change management, prioritize, pivot, and solve problems.
