What you will do

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, articulating the business and technical value of graph technology.
• Drive the technology evaluation stage of sales cycles, including technical discovery, proof of value, and platform demonstrations.
• Co-create reference and solution architectures, integrating hirify.global with existing cloud or on-premise environments.
• Manage multiple technical opportunities in parallel, documenting decision criteria and sizing solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to communicate customer needs and product feedback.
• Participate in industry conferences and account-based marketing events to drive demand.

Requirements

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in a presales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting capacity.
• Must be based in the Midwest US.
• Hands-on experience with relational (SQL) or NoSQL databases and proficiency in at least one language: Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, or C#.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing data solutions in public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or on-premise environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with graph data technology is essential.
