What you will do

• Implement FP&A software products for financial reporting, budgeting, and consolidations.
• Train customers on functional and technical aspects of hirify.global FP&A solutions.
• Advise clients on financial best practices, including statutory reporting and consolidation.
• Build complex reports from scratch and maintain data integrity.
• Manage end-to-end projects, ensuring deliverables meet timelines and budget requirements.
• Act as a liaison between product management and the user community.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience in financial reporting, accounting, budgeting, or FP&A.
• Solid understanding of accounting standards, consolidation, and financial statements.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience working with large datasets.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing advisory roles.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience implementing performance management tools like OneStream, Hyperion, or Tagetik.
• 2+ years of professional consulting experience.
• Knowledge of hirify.global ERP or similar ERP software.
• Experience with Salesforce or Financial Force.
