What you will do

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to identify growth opportunities and analyze market trends.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a regional sales team to drive performance and accountability.
  • Enhance operational processes and ensure accurate forecasting using Salesforce and PowerBI.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and reduce churn.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on tenders, contracts, and reporting.
  • Manage financial aspects including receivables, overdue payments, and contract lifecycles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales.
  • 7+ years of sales experience, including 3+ years in management.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and analytics tools.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
