What you will do

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and grow retail and enterprise FX clients, including merchants, corporates, and remittance partners.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing FX advisory and market insights.
• Collaborate with Trading and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
• Negotiate pricing, spreads, and transaction terms within company guidelines.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to inform business strategy.
• Deliver against sales targets for volume, revenue, and client onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in FX, treasury, payments, or corporate sales.
• Strong understanding of FX products, remittances, and local/global payment flows.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
