What you will do
- Lead, coach, and grow the engineering team responsible for agentic capabilities.
- Own the design, development, and evolution of components for the Neo AI platform.
- Define best practices for agentic development, experimentation, and MLOps.
- Collaborate with product, AI research, cloud, and change teams to translate strategic needs into implementable solutions.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies for agentic and autonomous systems.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, operational readiness, and high-quality delivery of deployed capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience leading and managing engineering teams, ideally in AI/ML, agentic systems, or platform development.
- Strong understanding of agentic architectures, AI/ML concepts, and production model operationalization.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Technical background in Python or similar languages, with experience deploying and operating distributed systems.
