What you will do

• Develop and manage integrated delivery schedules across the active portfolio.
• Integrate internal and external workstream schedules into a single cohesive framework.
• Perform schedule variance analysis, including Monte Carlo and other risk scenarios.
• Review external schedules from contractors, utilities, and design teams.
• Define project activities, durations, logic, and resource loading.
• Support the rollout of P6 cloud training and define scheduling policies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent.
• 6+ years of related work experience in construction scheduling.
• Expert knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong understanding of the Critical Path Method (CPM).
• Ability to interpret complex construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% based on business needs.

Nice to have

• Experience with data center or mission-critical facilities.
• Extensive experience with ProCore and PowerBI.
• Experience creating schedule risk matrices and applying Monte Carlo analysis.
