What you will do

• Perform detailed research and analysis on construction claims, including delay and disruption assessments.
• Develop and maintain electronic databases and spreadsheets to support project findings.
• Conduct schedule analysis to determine the source and magnitude of critical path delays.
• Audit work products to ensure high-quality deliverables for clients and legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with and lead teams to meet strict project deadlines and quality expectations.
• Prepare and analyze change orders, construction defects, and standard of care documentation.

Requirements

• Must have legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management (MS or MBA preferred).
• Minimum 9+ years of field experience in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in cost estimating, change order pricing, and managing claims.
• Proficiency in scheduling platforms such as P6 and MSP.
• Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills.
