What you will do

• Review project specifications and prepare detailed work plans and timelines using Gantt or PERT methods for equipment start-up.
• Manage equipment delivery to job sites, ensuring correct installation and damage-free storage.
• Supervise the installation, start-up, and testing of Generator Sets, Transfer Switches, Switchgear, and UPS.
• Lead CMCo technicians on-site and assist customers in troubleshooting operational field issues.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers and Project Managers, providing weekly status reports and photographs of progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve continuous improvement goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Reno, Nevada
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management (preferred).
• Experience managing the installation of mechanical and electrical equipment (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours to meet customer needs.
• Strong negotiation, mediation, and communication skills.
