What you will do

• Own the development of pre-construction schedules for new data center builds, integrating design, permitting, and procurement milestones.
• Build and maintain tiered schedules (Tier 1-3) to communicate project progress to leadership and execution teams.
• Utilize Primavera P6 to ensure logic, durations, and constraints reflect real-world buildability.
• Lead schedule risk analysis to identify critical path drivers and sequencing conflicts before contract awards.
• Coordinate long-lead procurement tracking for critical equipment like switchgear, generators, and chillers.
• Collaborate with Cost and Project Controls teams to align schedule and budget throughout the pre-construction phase.

Requirements

• 10+ years of scheduling experience in large-scale, mission-critical, or hyperscale construction programs.
• Subject matter expertise in Primavera P6 and Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling.
• Demonstrated field construction experience with a strong understanding of site operations and trade coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret complex architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical drawings.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present schedule risk clearly to executive stakeholders.
• Must be based in Dallas, Texas for this onsite role.

Nice to have

• Experience with resource-loaded schedules, Earned Value Management (EVM), and cost/schedule integration.
• PMP, PSP, or similar scheduling/project management certification.
• Proficiency with schedule risk analysis tools like Deltek Acumen Fuse or Oracle Primavera Risk Analysis.
• Experience with hyperscale owner standards and specifications.
